myFreedom Members Black Friday Price Guarantee
FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To be eligible for the myFreedom Members Black Friday Price Guarantee you must be a valid myFreedom member and make a purchase at Freedom (including online purchases) during the Black Out Event from 4/11/25 to 26/11/25.

2. If you find a lower ticketed promotional price for the identical item at any Freedom store or online between 27/11/25 and 1/12/25, we will issue a credit for the difference by way of a digital promotional gift card.

3. Excludes floorstock clearance.

4. For in-store purchases, the customer must return to the store of purchase to claim the credit between 2/12/25 and 24/12/25.

5. For online purchases, the customer must lodge a claim on the Freedom website at https://www.freedom.com.au/myfreedom-black-friday-price-guarantee between 2/12/25 and 24/12/25.

6. The digital promotional gift card will be for the difference between the ticketed promotional price during the Black Out Event (4/11/25 to 26/11/25) and the price paid (after all discounts) as per your original purchase and tax receipt. 

7. This will be issued as a digital promotional gift card with a 3-month validity and will be issued after the invoice has been paid in full and all products have been delivered.

8. Any balance remaining on the digital promotional gift card at the end of the 3-month validity period will expire.
