Shop online and pick up your Homewares order at your nearest store or our Auckland distribution centre, for furniture orders at a time that's convenient for you. We will send an email notification when your items are ready to be collected.
Which stores and warehouses offer Click + Collect?
Most of our stores offer Click + Collect depending on stock availability. To view if an item offers Click + Collect, go to the product page and enter your suburb and postcode.
Can I Click + Collect every product?
Not all products are available for Click & Collect such as large homewares and furniture. To view if an item offers Click + Collect, go to the product page and enter your suburb and postcode.

Can I pay for my order when I collect?
No, all orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
When will my order be ready?
Once your order is ready, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
Can I go to the store or warehouse before I receive my ready to collect email?
To avoid disappointment, please wait until you receive your ready to collect email before proceeding to your store or warehouse.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You must collect your order within 7 days of being notified that it is ready for collection. Orders not collected after this time may be cancelled and refunded. Please call your local store if you are unable to collect within this time.
What if I can’t collect my order within 7 days?
If you can’t collect your order within this time frame and have not notified your nominated store, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, someone can collect your order on your behalf but must have the following:
Provide a copy of the order confirmation
Provide photographic identification
Provide the card used for payment
What if I cannot place an order for Click + Collect?
If a product is unavailable for Click + Collect, please call your local store for assistance.
