NB for ALL deliveries: When items are extra heavy or require extra care (e.g. recliners) or where access to your property is tricky or challenging (e.g. stairs or extra tight locations), additional fees will apply and are payable prior to rebooking.
Final delivery charges will be calculated at checkout (if online) or in-store. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

Products can either be ‘In Stock’ or ‘Available to Order’ depending on the stock's availability.
If you purchase both furniture and homeware, you may receive multiple deliveries that can either come directly from our warehouse or store.
Wherever possible we will deliver all furniture products together. If you would prefer separate deliveries, separate delivery fees will apply.
We use specialist bulky goods freight partners to deliver orders.
Once your order arrives at our Distribution Centre, we will contact you to book in your preferred delivery date and time. The day prior to your delivery, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS from our freight partner with an estimated delivery time.
Please note: while best endeavors are made to deliver within your estimated delivery time frame, delays can occur for reasons beyond our control such as: changes to manufacturing schedules, shipping and supply chain bottlenecks, and freight delays within NZ. In these instances, your patience is appreciated.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver PO Boxes as our products are too large and require a signature on delivery.
We do not currently deliver to any locations outside of New Zealand.
A person over the age of 18 is required to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address:
For furniture deliveries, we will contact you the day prior to delivery to ensure an adult will be available to receive the item. If you know an adult will not be available at the delivery address, please let us know.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your item/s will fit though doorways, entrances, and access points (e.g. lifts, stairwells), so ensure you double check the size of your furniture purchase against all delivery access points on your property.
In-store, your Freedom sales assistant can provide the dimensions of each item to ensure your purchase will fit into your home.
You can collect furniture and large homeware items from our Auckland warehouse. Bookings are required to collect your items; this is to ensure the health and safety of customers and our team.
Once your product is available for collection, our bookings team will be in touch to arrange a time and date. Please keep to your collection time and date to avoid any disappointment.
Our warehouse is located near Auckland Airport at 18 Amelia Earhart Avenue, Mangere, Auckland. When you arrive, please look for the customer collection signage and park in the designated area. To ensure your safety, please always follow the directions of our team members.
