Rollout of new ‘Order Management Software’ (OMS) system update

freedom is currently rolling out a new ‘Order Management Software’ (OMS) system across its Australian and New Zealand operations. 

The OMS system has been designed to manage freedom’s stock movement from end-to-end, including allocation of stock and processing and completion of customer orders.

Despite our best endeavors for a smooth transition from our legacy systems, freedom is experiencing some short-term issues which have impacted the fulfillment of some customer orders.  This includes some home deliveries and the availability of some new customer to orders.

freedom unreservedly apologies to any customers who may have been impacted by these issues.

We are working around the clock in Australia and New Zealand alongside our tier 1 vendors to resolve these issues.  

In the meantime, we are contacting as many customer’s as we have information on.  If we have missed you we sincerely apologise.  Please message us via Chat on our website noting your Customer Docket Number and Name or complete our Contact Us form and we will get back to you early next week with an update.
