NEW ZEALAND PRODUCT SHIPPING & DELIVERY UPDATE As COVID or Omicron as we now know it starts to take hold in New Zealand, Freedom like many businesses are experiencing factors outside of our control impacting daily operations. While we have plans to minimize disruption and are constantly adapting our model to ensure we meet the demands of our customers, this is becoming more challenging by the day. One of the largest challenges is the Auckland Distribution Centre. We currently have a large percentage of our employees either unwell or self-isolating. We are working hard to shuffle teams and back fill with temporary staffing to accommodate our requirements. However, as you can imagine, this is having a significant impact on our normal inventory flow affecting inbound container unloads, store shuttles and customer lead times and deliveries. We will do our utmost to get your product out to you as soon as possible, however the staff shortages currently being experienced are causing significant delays with this process, and therefore the delivery of your order has been delayed. You may receive (or may have already received) a delivery text or email notification notifying you of our intent to deliver.
