Return and Payment Policy

freedom shall not accept a cancellation for change of mind by a customer, unless freedom chooses to do so at its absolute discretion.

If freedom does accept such cancellation, the customer must pay an amount to freedom, which in freedom’s reasonable view reflects the loss that freedom will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (including but not limited to storage fees and any markdown). freedom shall offset this amount against any monies already paid to us by the customer for this product, and refund the balance. For any cancellation charges over and above what has already been paid to freedom, the customer must pay such amounts to freedom within 7 days of freedom’s request to pay.

What is freedom’s online refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and suggest that you inspect your items upon delivery or pick-up, to ensure you are happy with their condition and operation.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been dispatched?

Once an order has been accepted and payment made it cannot be changed. Depending on whether the order has been processed and shipped by the store, you may be able to cancel the order by calling us on 0800 373 336 or completing the contact us form. Please note - we will always do our best to accommodate your request but you may be liable for additional freight costs to return any items purchased in error. 

What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don't receive my order at all?

If you believe there is damage to the products you've ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe, please Contact Us or contact the freedom store fulfilling your order.
