We had this couch for approximately 3 years, and ran into problems with it after about 6 months. As per other reviews, the fabric pilled, and we were told to purchase an electric de-piller. When the pilling continued, we complained again and eventually received a full refund (we were lucky enough to have taken our fabric insurance because I wasn’t sure about it in the shop). The couch itself is incredibly comfortable and a good design, so it’s a shame the fabric let’s it down.

If I could give this sofa a zero I would. Fabric was badly pilled and ugly within months. The cushions didn't hold their shape at all. The sofa looked far from relaxed, more like completely wrecked. Very disappointed in the terrible customer service we received. Will not be buying from Freedom Furniture again.

Fabric pills and fades within months and they don't hold shape. Wouldn't recomend at all

Reply:Thanks for your feedback. The fabric on the Dahlia is a linen blend and the sofa style with it's feather/fibre filled cushions is intended to be a relaxed design. Pilling is a natural characteristic of this fabric type and we have Fabric shavers available to remove the pilling which will also lessen over time.
