How do I find my nearest store?

What payment methods do you accept?

Our stores accept cash, Eftpos or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX and CreditLine).

What payment methods do delivery drivers accept?

Our delivery drivers do not accept any form of payment. This must be made at the store prior to delivery being arranged. 

Does Freedom offer interest free terms?

Yes, we offer a range of payment options like “12 months nothing to pay” or "36 and 48 month finance" offers. You can find more details here. Or why not ask in store for details? There are some conditions that apply.

Who can help me with a particular product query?

The team in your closest store will be happy to help you with product information. Or give us a call on 0800 373 336.

Can I buy online or over the phone?

No, Freedom doesn’t yet offer online shopping or phone/mail order.

Should I measure things up before I come in to buy blinds or furniture?

Yes please! If you’re buying furniture then we recommend that you measure not only the space where it will go, but also the entrance to your home and the way in to the room. For blinds, you need accurate measurements of the window before you buy.

When does my Note of Credit expire?

Your Note of Credit will have an expiry date printed underneath the heading "Note of Credit". If you can’t find the date, give us a call on 0800 373 336.

I have a question about decorating my home. Is there someway I can get some advice without booking the Freedom Decorator service?

Can Freedom help us with decorating our home?

Of course! Co-ordinating the look you're going to love and live with can be daunting, but you'll be amazed how much it helps to have an expert to bounce ideas off. Visit Freedom Decorator Service to find out how our team can help answer all your questions and to book an appointment.

Can I get someone to assemble my furniture for me?

Yes we can arrange to have someone put everything together for you. Just ask when you’re buying your furniture or give us a call on 0800 373 336.

Do you deliver to my area?

How long will it take to get my furniture?

It depends on what you’ve ordered and where you want it delivered. We’ll give you a delivery date when you buy your furniture.

How do I get an update on my delivery time?

If you want to check on the latest timing for your delivery, give us a call at the store you purchased your furniture from. 

How much will I have to pay for delivery?

This varies depending on what you’ve ordered, where you have ordered from and where you want it delivered. We can tell you how much the delivery will cost when you buy your furniture.

Gift Cards

Is there a Freedom Gift Card?

Yes there is, and the lucky person you give it to can use it any of the Freedom stores around New Zealand. Get the details here.

What about corporate gifts?

We offer a Freedom Corporate Gift Card that’s a great way to say thank you to your suppliers, staff or clients. Choose any denomination between $10 and $1000. Corporate clients may be able to get a discount on bulk purchases. Get the details here.

Do gift cards expire?

Yes our gift cards expire 12 months after the date of issue.

My Gift Card, Voucher or Note of Credit has expired. Can I still redeem it?

No, Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers, Discount Vouchers and Notes of Credit can only be redeemed before the expiry date.

Freedom offers a Gift Fund service that your guests can contribute to. You can then spend the proceeds on something that’s perfect for you.

Why can't I buy items directly from the website?

We can’t cater for online shopping at the moment. Why not take the opportunity to browse our website for ideas, then visit one of our stores to take in the whole Freedom experience.

Can I find all Freedom products on this website?

We try to display as much of our range as possible online, but with so many different things, and new pieces arriving all the time, we simply can’t show our entire range. If you can’t find something you’re looking for, why not visit your local Freedom store.

How can I get a copy of the latest Freedom catalogue?

Easy! Drop in store for a free copy, while stocks last - our catalogue is always popular. You can also view it online here or download a copy. Or better still sign up here and we’ll mail the latest catalogue to you.

What software do I need to download the catalogue?

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader. It’s a free plug in that you can download here. Each catalogue is quite big and may take some time to download, so you may prefer to look at it online. If you have a dial up internet connection, we recommend you ask for a mailed copy.

After I’ve received my product

What is your warranty policy?

Freedom guarantees to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect, for two years from the day you bought it. This is so long as the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. Your furniture must be cared for as explained in the care instructions that come with it.

The warranty doesn’t cover products used for commercial purposes. There is a ten-year frame warranty on Freedom sofas. All other Freedom furniture, including sofa beds and recliner mechanisms and Freedom fabrics are covered by a two-year warranty. Fabrics that have been supplied by you are not included in this warranty.

Can I order a replacement for a discontinued line?

We try to carry spare parts for discontinued items where possible. To check if we have the parts you need, give us a call on 0800 373 336.

What if I have missing parts in my order?

If you think you haven’t received all the parts you should have, then please give us a call on 0800 373 336 so we can arrange for the part to be sent to you.

What if there are no assembly instructions with my product?

You can download a set of instructions here. If you can’t find the instructions you’re looking for, please give us a call on 0800 373 336.
