After you’ve worked with us continuously for 3 months, we’ll give you a staff discount card that gets you at least 20% off in Freedom company stores.
If you join our retail team, you don’t need to pay for your work clothes either, which saves you a bit of cash. So that our customers can easily spot who works with us and to save them the embarrassment of asking each other for help, we give all our retail people a snappy Freedom outfit.
We love to recognise loyalty too, so we offer gifts to mark your service milestones from 3 years to 30 years. And depending on your role, we run all kinds of competitions, commissions and incentive programs to throw some rewarding fun into the mix.
